If breeding, it is best to keep them in a single-species tank. Water flow and filtration are unnecessary with this species. Endlers are very active and do best in large tank setups with ample plant-life including floating plants. Rather, the female retains the fertilized eggs inside her body where they develop, and eventually births live, free-swimming young. Unlike butterflies, and most fish, endlers do not lay eggs. Rather than spending energy on being colorful, the larger females have simple silver bodies with translucent fins, investing more into their side of reproduction. More commonly known as the “Butterfly Endler’s Livebearer”, males are breathtaking, reaching only 1 inch in length and exhibiting brightly colored scales and colorfully-edged, extended caudal fins to impress the ladies. wingei is as beautiful as America’s favorite winged friends.

Get outside help that can do those activities faster than you can (web-design, surveys, ads, marketing. Delegate more to your team rather than do it yourself. Do things to be more efficient.įocus on the most important things that add value and remove the activities that do not matter. Change your plan if you have to, don’t change your goals. Do you need help in certain areas? Have you done what you said you were going to do? If not, why not. The first quarter is now over, so assess how things are going. Is your strategy working. This will revitalize you, your body, your brain, your energy levels and your thinking. The cold, depressing days of winter are finally over, thank goodness. Perhaps it is time to be getting up earlier and getting things done in the morning. Perhaps it is time to add more activities as the days are longer and warmer. So what can you do to ‘spring it on’? Change up your daily schedule. The days are longer, there is more sunshine and warmth, and there is new growth all around you. Everything you need to motivate you to get you up and running in a new and different way. Spring is a great time to rejuvenate yourself and your business. Time for renewal, to refresh, to grow, to get moving and ‘spring it on’!
